The purpose of the Technical Support position is to provide technical assistance and support for all CSI technical infrastructures.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with at least two years related field experience and required certificates.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must be able to use the following equipment and software packages with proficiency:
Microsoft Client Software: (Windows 7, Windows10)
MS Office Suite (Office Pro 20 13, Office Pro 2016).
Troubleshooting Low voltage infrastructure
Proficient with power and hand tools
