The purpose of the International Admissions Manager position is to assist, train, and guide international admissions representatives through the admissions and enrollment process. The International Admissions Manager supervises, monitors, and analyzes admissions team performance. In addition s/he identifies performance trends and opportunities for the team and the admissions department as a whole, and delivers individual and team feedback through coaching and training to assist the department in exceeding campus goals. The Manager of Admissions partners with the Marketing Department in creating strategies to meet their campus goals.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred or at least three to five years related sales management and supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Experience in Proprietary Education is preferred.
