International Admissions Manager

This position is located in Charlestown, MA - No Relocation Offered

The purpose of the International Admissions Manager position is to assist, train, and guide international admissions representatives through the admissions and enrollment process. The International Admissions Manager supervises, monitors, and analyzes admissions team performance. In addition s/he identifies performance trends and opportunities for the team and the admissions department as a whole, and delivers individual and team feedback through coaching and training to assist the department in exceeding campus goals. The Manager of Admissions partners with the Marketing Department in creating strategies to meet their campus goals.

Responsibilities:

  • General oversight of campus admissions and compliance
  • Day to day admissions operations and management
  • Campus growth and enrollment budget, relevant admissions metrics for representative performance
  • Understand campus market and support marketing to target key markets
  • Hiring for admissions representative positions
  • Campus communication with other departments
  • Partner in training development for admissions team as well as other department
  • Lead community outreach through admissions
  • Train and coach Admissions Representatives
  • Contact leads/perspective students and conducts interviews/enroll students.
  • Works with Campus leadership to ensure that enrollment budgets are met
  • Check admissions files for accuracy
  • Coordinate admissions portion of new student orientation
  • Contact, set appointment and interview perspective students
  • Enroll and register returning, transfer, abroad and domestic students
  • Follow-up with other schools regarding transfer students
  • Respond to calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Direct students to the appropriate departments for questions related to academic and immigration issues
  • Following all duties/tasks assigned to an admissions representative/Sr. admissions representative as needed.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred or at least three to five years related sales management and supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Experience in Proprietary Education is preferred.
